We are what it says on the tin. It’s just responsibly sourced fresh top-quality ingredients that makes our menu taste delicious.
We use iconic British brands such as Heinz, HP, Drury Tea, and Camden Hells Lager as well as niche small suppliers who are local, honouring our commitment to provenance. Buying British isn’t a gimmick for us, British produce is taken very seriously at our gaff.
Our Meat
All our meat, British of course, comes directly from Smithfield Market. Steve delivers to us every day, alongside Neil who makes our Cumberland sausages, it’s our very own recipe using only the finest herbs and prime cuts of pork. Our chicken is Halal, however we operate a non Halal kitchen, – try our chicken wings, they’re awesome!
Keep it local!
We like working with our neighbours – our beer is from Camden Town Brewery and we buy gin from our friend Owen who distils at Gaslight Gin, a premium distillery around the corner from us. Not forgetting long-time favourites the East London Liquor Company distilling gin and vodka in Bethnal Green.
Drury Tea
You can’t beat a good cuppa. Drury Tea supplies us with the finest speciality teas on the market. Our team are trained to deliver the perfect serve of rosy lee, every time.
Lavazza Coffee
Italians brought coffee to London back in the 50’s, so this is an ode to my auntie Bruna -it was her favourite coffee too. Ours is ground on demand to ensure freshness and made by expert baristas.

Polo Bar is committed in continuing to improve and promote sustainable practices within our business.
We understand that how we order our ingredients, produce our food, and transport goods to us can have a large positive impact on following our commitment. Where possible we will walk to you with your delivery.
